Battery regulation in Automotive

The Battery Regulation — the first fully specified DPP mandate under EU law — targets industrial and EV batteries from 18 February 2027. For automotive manufacturers and their supply chains, DPP readiness is an active programme requirement. The automotive industry's complex, multi-tier, multinational supply chains make early implementation both the most challenging and the most valuable.
