We Believe Transparency Is a Competitive Advantage

WebIQ exists to make product data — regulatory, commercial, and operational — accessible, accurate, and actionable. We are a Netherlands-based enterprise technology company with twenty years of proven platform expertise, serving organisations that need to operate at the intersection of compliance, commerce, and data.

The foundation of WebIQ

Background

Twenty Years of Data-Driven Platform Development

WebIQ is a multidisciplinary team of software engineers, developers, and designers based in Arnhem, Netherlands. Our platform history begins with ShopIQ — a headless SaaS CMS and e-commerce engine that has been in continuous development and production for twenty years, and today powers hundreds of organisations across fashion, retail, logistics, and sport.
That foundation; robust, scalable, integration-ready, is what makes WebIQ the market leader in the field of DPP. We do not only understand regulatory compliance. We understand product data architecture, commerce operations, and enterprise integration at scale. Our DPP platform is built on the same engineering principles that underpin twenty years of live production systems.
Today, WebIQ operates three interconnected product lines: WebIQ DPP, ShopIQ, and WebIQ Mixer — all accessible through a unified enterprise platform designed for organisations from start-up to global enterprise.

A Unified Product Data Ecosystem

Most organisations approaching DPP compliance discover the same problem: their existing systems — ERP, PIM, PLM — were never designed to handle structured, machine-readable, publicly accessible lifecycle data. WebIQ fills that gap, and connects it to the commercial and operational infrastructure organisations already depend on.

Across the platform suite, WebIQ handles:

  • Product data ingestion from any source — ERP, CSV, API, or manual entry
  • Material composition, sustainability indicators, and carbon footprint tracking
  • Supply chain event recording — from factory floor to end-of-life
  • Unique product identifier generation (QR, NFC, RFID)
  • Consumer-facing passport pages — branded, multilingual, mobile-first
  • Regulatory export — audit-ready, machine-readable, EU registry-compatible
  • Multi-channel product publishing and omnichannel commerce
  • Point-of-sale integration for unified online and physical retail
  • Real-time data integration and business intelligence across the entire product estate
Enterprise-Grade Infrastructure

WebIQ is cloud-native, deployable on Microsoft Azure, AWS, and Google Cloud. Our multi-tenant SaaS architecture supports everything from single-brand operators to complex multi-division enterprise environments — all from a single management interface.

Data integrations span XML, CSV, EDI, REST, JSON, RPC, and full API automation. Our integration library spans 250+ enterprise and e-commerce platforms. For large or complex environments, hybrid deployment options are available.

Security and Access by Design

Data in WebIQ is governed by defined access tiers. What a consumer sees differs from what a regulator accesses, which differs again from what a supplier enters. Role-based access, full audit logging, and encrypted storage are standard across all products.

What We Stand For

Transparency without complexity

Product data should be accessible to the right person, in the right format, at the right moment. Not buried in compliance jargon or technical barriers.

Regulation as commercial opportunity

ESPR compliance is not optional. But organisations that treat it as a floor, not a ceiling, build more trusted brands, stronger supplier relationships, and more resilient supply chains.

Industry depth, not generic breadth

Fashion DPP requirements differ from automotive. Retail PIM requirements differ from industrial manufacturing. WebIQ brings industry-specific expertise to every deployment, not one-size-fits-all templates.

Elastic architecture

Our platforms scale from a single-brand start-up to a global enterprise managing millions of product records across dozens of markets. The same architecture, the same codebase: serves both.

Always On. Always Aligned.

WebIQ clients receive structured implementation support, dedicated onboarding, and ongoing technical assistance throughout the platform lifecycle. From initial scoping through go-live and beyond, our team is aligned to your programme milestones.

Our licensing model is subscription-based and volume-scaled — you pay for what you use and activate. OEM and white-label arrangements are available for partners who want to deliver WebIQ capabilities under their own brand.
